Position Description

We are seeking to hire Sales Account Executives to provide invaluable client support to our International clientele. The position we are seeking is entry level. However, the potential for growth within our company is enormous. CMS is experiencing explosive growth within our industry and must fill these positions immediately. The position requires highly developed communication skills to interface with existing and new clients. Requirements are below. Other duties include:

• Tracking all demo client contacts through dates contacted and specific notes taken at the time of contact to ensure quality of service.
• We sponsor Series 3 License.
• Answering general inquires to the extent of Sales Executive's knowledge.
• Creating tickets for technical inquires and issues.
• Provide potential clients with personal demonstration of VT Trader's functions and capabilities.
• Tracking Back Office and Accounting department's progress of Live Account approval and openings.
• Follow-up phone calls to ensure clients are aware that their account has been funded and ready for trading.
• Solicit potential Introducing Brokers.
• Assist Introducing Brokers in IB application process.
• Respond to Introducing Broker inquires involving client applications, accounting, technical issues, and comprehensive compliance matters.
• Translate technical and dealing issues from Japanese into English for Technical Support, then vice versa to Japanese-speaking clients and IBs.

*Should be fluent in English and Japanese both in written and oral communication skills.

• Foreign exchange market training provided.
• No cold calling.
• Must be eligible to work within the United States.
• Must have good organization skills and be able to multi-task.
• Minimum Associated Degree acceptable.
• Basic understanding of Windows, MS Office, Excel.
• Commission structure available.
